The sardine fillet slicer solves the problem of filleting small fish like sardines and anchovies in an easy and brilliant way. Instead of using a blade a wire pulls the fillet from the backbone without cutting the bones. The fillets are practically bone free. Replaceable wire.

Hygienic, stainless and dishwasher-safe.
