The triangle Radish Curler is indispensable to serve a Bavarian radish “Radi” in style. It cuts large white radish or Daikon into a thin endless spiral that is then salted and served with pretzels, white sausage and sweet mustard – or simply with a cold beer. Also great to cut potato, beet or turnips to deep-fry or to garnish salads and buffets. Stainless steel blade. Dishwasher-safe.
